Yaki Udon
(焼うどん)
Ingredients
Sesame oil 2 Tbs
Shiitake mushroom 6
Onion 1
Cabbage 4 leaves
Carrot ½-1
Pork sliced 200-250g
Salt&Pepper
3 frozen Udon noodle 800g
(A) 4 Tbs oyster sauce
(A) 4 Tbs water
(A) 4 tsb soy sauce
(A) 2 tsb sugar
(A) 2 Tbs sake
(A) 1 tsb curry powder sesame oil 2 Tbs
Instructions
Slice onion, carrot, and mushrooms. Chop the green onions. Cut pork belly into 2cm slices.
Combine (A) for sauce.
Microwave frozen udon noodles at 700W for 3 minutes or defrost enough to separate noodles.
Heat up pan, add sesame oil then add pork. Stir-fry over low heat.
When the pork is cooked through, raise the heat to medium and add onion, carrot and mushrooms. Stir-fry until tender, lightly season with salt and pepper
Add Udon noodle into (5) then add combined sauce (A) and mix well.
